Test Management

By using our experience test management resource we can remove that difference between the customers expects and what is delivered to the customer via a rigorous testing process

  • Reducing implementation time by highlighting proven test practices, methodologies and test tool
  • Plan. Understand the testing effort.
  • Understand the operating system and how the system is used by the end customer.
  • Define and prioritise the risks to the system quality, and obtain stakeholder/ end customers consensus on the extent of testing to mitigate these risks.
  • Estimate and obtain management for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing agreed upon step 3.
  • Develop a plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholders support for this plan.
  • Prepare: Assemble the people and tests.
  • Through staffing and training, build a team of test professional with the appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
  • Design, develop, acquire and verify the test system that the test team uses to assess the quality of the system under test.
  • Acquire and install a test release consisting of some or all of the components in the system under test.
  • Create test cases to be run against each test release.
  • Assign, track and manage the test cases to be run against each test release.​
  • Document the bugs found/ fixed and outstanding during test execution.
  • Communicate the test results to the key stakeholders.
  • Adjust the test process from lessons learned.
